Hi, my name is Dylan Utz. I’m a disc transfer engineer for coarse- and fine-groove discs. I also perform audio restoration on my transfers. My mentors in this field are Doug Pomeroy, Seth Winner and Doug Benson, all of whom have influenced my work immensely. I occasionally write, which is why this website exists. I was born in California and spent my youth on planes moving from one coast to the other, eventually turning up in Maryland. I enjoy photography, nickel toss, and The Sims soundtrack.
